If you are looking for Bresilian Ju Jitsu there is quite a large offer in the peninsula. The best start may be to look with our friends from Qatar MMA.

If you are rather looking for classical kodokan judo, offer is much more reduced. This post may help you to figure out more precisely where to head up to.

Kodokan Judo

But what is kodokan judo, dude?

Kodokan judo is simply referring to classical judo as defined by the standards of the International Judo Federation. To the best of our knowledge, classical kodokan judo is only taught in three places in Doha.

1. Aspire Dojo :

At the Dojo of the Qatar Judo Federation, in Aspire and which is located behind the torch, in the press room of the Aspire Hamad Aquatic Center.

2. QSC Dojo

At Qatar Sport Club, in West Bay Doha. Even thought it is not clear from their website (because they presently don't have a website) they do operate judo classes, directly at the Qatar Sport Club Stadium.

3. Blue Tigers Dojo

At the Blue Tigers, either at Pearl Tower 15 or at Doha Sport Park, look for more about our locations here.
